In France most restaurants offer a fixed price daily menu made up of fresh produce the chef found that day in the local market. Lynn Koury told us about the River Crab’s “Early Bird Menu”, St. Clair’s answer to France’s “Menu á prix Fixe”.
The menu changes daily, depending on what is fresh from the market. Usually priced between $15 and $20 per person, you get a three course meal. The first course includes a choice of soup or salad, followed by several entrée choices that include fresh fish flown in daily or some of the River Crab’s popular dishes; such as Shrimp Danielle and finishing with a dish of ice cream or sherbet for dessert.
The “Early Bird Menu” is only available Monday through Friday between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.
Lynn says she loves eating at the River Crab, the food and views are great, and the service puts the restaurant over the top.
